ASSET SECURITY AND PRESERVATION

    When an asset is first assigned to Advantage REO, we take immediate action to preserve its value, ensure its security and limit any potential liability for our client.  Our initial inspection is conducted within 24-hours.

    If the property is inhabited, we will conduct a pre-foreclosure inspection and coordinate the eviction process. If it is vacant, we will take control of the property, document its condition, and take steps to secure it.

    During our initial inspection of the vacant property, locks are changed, doors and windows secured, and hazardous conditions are identified.  Our report on the property's condition is thoroughly documented with interior and exterior photographs.

MARKET ANALYSIS, ASSET EVALUATION

    Advantage REO provides an extensive report detailing the condition of the property and the factors which influence its market value.

    We give you the data you need to make informed decisions about the disposition of the asset.  Our market analysis is provided in an appraisal format, with cost adjustments for improvements or deficiencies.  Recommendations and cost estimates for reasonable repairs are included in the report.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

    Advantage REO provides a full range of site maintenance and repair services, from simple clean-up to major renovation.  Ongoing services may be provided at your request, including landscaping, housekeeping and pool maintenance.
